R.S.Sravan Kumar has an illustrious academic credentials. He completed his B. E in Civil Engineering from University college of Engineering-Osmania University in 2006 and then completed his M.Tech in Construction and Project Management from IIT-Delhi in 2008. He was selected for DAE Graduate fellowship programme of BARC and worked with Nuclear Power corporation of India Ltd at Kudankulam Nuclear power Project in Project planning department. There he was responsible for project monitoring, compliance of contract conditions. After a brief stint at NPCIL, Sravan started his own consultancy firm and simultaneously he entered into teaching profession where he taught at various colleges mainly in Construction Management and concrete technology subjects as visiting faculty.

To augment his engineering skills, he joined in University college of Law for his LL.B in 2014 and successfully completed his LL.B in 2017. He enrolled with Bar council of Andhra Pradesh in 2017 and joined in the chambers of Sh.Mahamood Ali as junior advocate where he practiced in wide areas such as Contract law, Land laws, Prevention of corruption Act, Consumer Protection Act, Writ Petitions, Alternate Dispute resolution. He is Trained and accredited Mediator by ICADR (an agency working under Supreme court of India). He also successfully completed summer course of WIPO-India on Intellectual property Law. He is life member of Indian Concrete Institute and Hyderabad City Civil court bar association. He was member delegate which visited the USA Supreme court and other courts on behalf of Indian National Bar Association to promote closer legal ties between India and USA. He cleared UGC-NET in Law in the year 2019.

He joined NIUM in September 2019 where he is lead representative for legal department. He is currently visiting faculty at MANAGE (National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management) and Osmania University where he teaches business law, ADR subjects. He presented various papers in National conferences on topics ranging from Efficacy of NCLT, Doctrine of Absolute Liability, Impact of RTI on governance, Decriminalizing IPC 497 to name few.
