Tanuja Sardesai is a Global Legal Counsel of Contentserv Technologies Private Limited, a product software company HQ in Switzerland having presence in Europe, UK, Japan, and venturing in new regions viz. USA, Hongkong, Australia. Tanuja has over 13+ years of experience in legal & compliance in varied Industries ranging from hospitality, food, manufacturing, services to list few. Previous to this role, Tanuja was working as Associate Vice President - Legal head and Company Secretary in AXA Business Services for a period of more than 5 years. She led a team spanned across Pune & Bangalore offices and was responsible for secretarial, regulatory, corporate compliance and started a legal outsourcing unit amongst others. Earlier to this role, she worked in legal & secretarial roles in reputed companies like Cummins, Tata Autocomp, Aditya Birla Nuvo Kamat Hotels and was Company Secretary of Tasty Bite Eatables, a listed entity in food sector. She is a law graduate from Government law college, Mumbai and is an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.



Swapnil Talegaonkar

Swapnil Talegaonkar is an In-house Counsel at Synechron Technologies, one of the fastest-growing digital, business consulting & technology services providers firm. He is responsible for general corporate matters, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, plus employment and litigation matters. He also leads global corporate secretarial compliances at Synechron. With over 10 years of experience, Swapnil was previously at Sudarshan, a leading pigment manufacturing company. Swapnil is a commerce and a law graduate from University of Pune and also a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Roopali Pathak

Secretary

Roopali Pathak is an Inhouse Counsel at Forbes Marshall, one of the leading engineering company building steam engineering and control instrumentation solutions for process industry. At Forbes Marshall, she is responsible for general corporate matters, contract drafting and vetting, mergers and acquisitions, litigation matters and legal compliance for its global entities. She also manages the insurance portfolio of the Company. With over 9 years of experience, Roopali was previously working in the Legal Cell at The Indian Card Clothing Company Limited, a listed company in card clothing business. Prior to The Indian Card Clothing, she was at Tata Autocomp GY Batteries Private Limited, a battery manufacturing company, as Company Secretary and Head: Legal. Roopali has done masters in commerce and is a law graduate from University of Pune and also a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
